Help us help you faster

When you write in, it speeds things up if you can include:

  • The email address on your TaleemHouse account
  • Your device and app version (e.g. iPhone, app version 1.1.0)
  • A short description of what happened and what you expected
  • A screenshot, if the issue is something you can see

Common topics

Account & sign-in

Trouble signing in or verifying your email? Use the “forgot password” link on the sign-in screen, and check your spam folder for the verification email. If you're still stuck, email us and we'll sort it out.

Billing & subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. You can view, change, or cancel your plan in your device's subscription settings. For billing questions specific to your TaleemHouse account, email us.

Your data & privacy

You can export or delete your data from within the app at any time. For details on what we collect and how it's protected, see our Privacy Policy. For data requests, you can also email info@taleemhouse.com.
